If you feel you have a claim against Dudley Council in respect of damage or injury, you should write to the following address or email, giving details of the incident/s that have led to your loss/injury stating why you feel Dudley Council is responsible.  

 

Your initial letter will be acknowledged with 21days of receipt, after which the Council has 90 days to confirm or deny liability. This protocol is governed by civil law.
