Benefit Services has been consulting with customers since 1997 when we established our customer consultation group. The group helps us make improvements to our service, establish our priorities and assists us with publicity of our service in the community.

We also conduct regular Landlord Forums where we inform landlords and agents of forthcoming changes to Housing and Council Tax Benefit and give landlords the opportunity to feedback on service performance.
