You can make a claim for Housing and/or Council tax benefit if you live in the Dudley borough and you or your partner:

Are working or do not work

Pay rent to Dudley Council or a private landlord

Pay Council Tax to Dudley Council

Are sick or disabled

Have people living with you on a low income or unemployed (you may be able to claim Second Adult Rebate Council Tax Benefit only)

If you are then considering making a claim then this should be done as soon as possible. You will need to complete an Application form and send it back to us. If you delay sending us your form back, you may lose benefit.
