The Council want you to join us and participate in a number of areas of Consultation. Not only consultation, but where decisions affect you. Below are a range of areas on the website where you can now view or partake in consultations.

Consultations Database

In Dudley MBC consultation is a permanent and valued part of the organisation's approach to involve service users and to find out what the general public want from their local services. Consultation helps us to continuously improve the quality and cost effectiveness of the services that we provide and can significantly influence the decisions that the Council takes.

The Dudley Play Strategy

The Government has decided that children’s play is an important part of growing up and have made £155 million of lottery money available to improve play facilities and play programmes across the country. Dudley has been given £690,320 to spend on children’s play over the next three years.

Traffic consultations

The Traffic Scheme consultation database is a way for you to find out what consultations concerning traffic schemes have happened, are happening or are about to happen in the Dudley Borough.

Parks and open spaces

Dudley Council are supporting community involvement through the development of Friends Groups for parks and open spaces across the borough and believe these groups have an important role in helping to improve these public spaces.

On a number of occasions proposed schemes are subject to public consultation.
