What We Can't Do
Unfortunately, there are a number of things we can’t do, sometimes the amount of help we can given you is restricted by the powers given to us by Acts of Parliament.
We cannot for example:
Obtain a refund for you, but we can advise you if you may be entitled to one .
Close a business down, but we can ensure that the business complies with the law.
Recommend a business. However, please see our
Fix A Home list which we have put together to help you find a tradesperson to do work on your home.
