Lye Business Centre

The Council runs and manages Lye Business Centre in Hayes Lane, Lye.

It is a purpose built managed workspace facility which comprises of 31 self contained business units with planning permission for light industrial use ranging in size from 440 sq ft to 1000 sq ft (41 sq m to 93 sq m). All units are available on a flexible easy-in easy-out arrangement and provides workshop space for new businesses and those looking to expand.

The centre also offers a central administration service and provides information and advice on :

Business planning,
Small business development,
Grant and loan availability,

The centre also offers:

Photocopying services,
Access to information on other industrial and commercial workspace available in the Dudley Borough.
