The online register provides the facility for you to make your feedback online on applications for Environmental Permits and Applications For A Substantial Change to An Existing Permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016.
The register includes all of our ongoing consultations. You can get involved by commenting online about any ongoing consultation we are running by using the feedback form available within each consultation. Any written comments you make on the applications will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
