The Forward Procurement Plan is a document detailing all major Council contracts over the next few years.
The purpose of the plan is two-fold; firstly to raise awareness of Council business opportunities and permit the market ample time to prepare for Tenders; and secondly, where contracts have been awarded, to guide suppliers and service providers to potential sub-contracting opportunities elsewhere in the supply chain.
This document has undergone significant changes recently and now contains more varied and useful information as well as direct links to relevant Council Officers and other useful sources of information.
This document is subject to quarterly revisions to ensure that the information contained is as up to date and relevant as possible. Please review this page regularly to ensure that you have the latest update.
The Council, in order to support and engage with a wide range of sectors, is also working on a separate plan aimed specifically at the voluntary and third sectors which will be appearing on this page in the near future.
Any queries regarding particular contracts should be directed to the named Council Officer.
Where a contract is identified as being administered by another Authority, further information may be found on Our Consortium Partners page.
Any feedback on how this document can be made more useful is welcome and should be directed to Richard Walden, Procurement Officer on 01384 812714 or email contracts@dudley.gov.uk
