Black Country Purchasing Consortium
Dudley Council is a leading member of the Black Country Purchasing Consortium. The Consortium includes the Authorities of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton. The four authorities co-operate on a number of contracts, and by acting together achieve significant savings through economies of scale.
