The memorial plaques of polished granite are fixed to walls adjacent to the chapel and the floral tribute area.
The right to affix an inscribed granite plaque is for a lease period of 10 years and may be renewed for periods thereafter.
A choice of colours and size is offered and plaques for one of two inscriptions are available.
Single plaques will accommodate three lines of inscription. A name line of up to 18 letters and subsequent lines of up to 24 letters or spaces.
Double plaques accommodate 6 or 7 lines of inscription (depending on shape). On double plaques, the additional inscription will be inscribed without further charge.
