In caring for the cemetery grounds we aim to achieve the following maintenance standards:

Lawn and traditional sections the grass will be cut every:

The area around the memorial on a lawn section or a traditional section will be strimmed: | Four times per annum |
Ornamental areas the grass will be cut every | 7 Days |
Large open spaces will be cut every: | 10 Working Days |
The area around the memorials on lawn/traditional sections will be treated with a weed killer either in the form of a spray or granules.
Grass cutting and strimming is only carried out during the growing seasons from the start of March to the end of October.
Leaf clearance will commence in November and be completed by the end of March. We will try to have them cleared for Christmas if at all possible.
All roads within the Cemetery will be swept as and when necessary by hand and 4 times a year by machine.
All flowerbeds will be planted twice yearly and maintained every 10 working days in Summer (start June to mid September) and 20 working days in the remainder of the year with the exception or preparation/planting times.
