LACORS are sponsoring a pilot award scheme to reward innovation, imagination and customer service excellence in the registration service. Awards are open to all English and Welsh Councils to enter. There are five categories plus and overall winner that will be chosen form the winners of the individual categories. All category winners will be chosen by a judging panel.

These and other initiatives have resulted in excellent customer satisfaction with 80% of customers ‘very satisfied’
