The Area Development Framework for Dudley Town Centre presents a vision for the town which is focused on serving the needs of the local community and seeks to ensure the town remains a centre for civic life, for shopping and for education. It also anticipates change to become a place with a much richer mix of shops, cafes, restaurants and creative enterprises.
The Dudley Town Centre Area Development Framework was adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance in December 2005.
