Community Forums

People and their communities now have greater access to Dudley Council than ever before through the successful community forums.

Community forums give people direct access to councillors and Dudley Council through regular drop in public meetings.

There are 10 forums for people to attend, which replace the old and outdated area committee system. People can also take part online with a dedicated forum on Facebook and Twitter ahead of each round of forums.

The council has been recognised nationally for the way people can discuss ideas and pass comments via social media as part of the regular online forum. All issues raised at the meetings and via Facebook and Twitter are forwarded onto the relevant council service to be dealt with.
