Register of Electors 2009

Every Autumn each Electoral Registration Officer has a duty to make sure the details they are holding are up to date.  This is done by sending a registration form to every residential property within the Borough, initial forms will be sent out mid August.
 
If we do not receive a form back a reminder will be sent out, on approx 10th September 2008.
 
By the beginning of October if we still have not received a form, householders will receive a personal visit anytime after Friday 3rd October and by no later than Monday 20th October.
 
The qualifying date for information is 15 October.  You need to complete the form for the property you are living in on that day.
 
The revised Register will be published on 1st December 2008 and will be on display at Dudley Council Plus, Castle Street, Dudley, residents of the Borough are then able to check that they are correctly included on the Register.
 
Rolling Registration then begins again if someone moves during the currency of the register 1st December – 30th November each year they can easily register for the new address.
