How to complete your Registration

Each year every household within the Borough receives a registration form, householders are required by law to register by one of the following methods, even if the information shown on the form is correct.
 
This year you can return your registration form by any of the methods shown below.
 
By telephone
If there are no changes to information shown on the form other than wanting to include/exclude members of the household from the edited register (see the note on the reverse of the form about the two versions of the register). Simply call - Freephone 0800 197 4911.  All you need to do is have access to a phone with a star(*) button and have the form in front of you to give the 2 part security code shown on the top right of your form.  This is an automated service.
 
To hear the service in the following languages: Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (Cantonese), French, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu please dial 0800 107 4911 when prompted, choose:
  • Option 1 for Arabic
  • Option 2 for Benagali
  • Etc
 
By internet
If there are no changes to the information  shown on the form other than wanting to include/exclude members of the household from the edited register (see note on the reverse of the form about the two versions of the register). Simply log on to www.registerbyinternet.com/dudley and have the form in front of you to give the 2 part security code shown on the top right of your form.
 
By post
If you do not wish to use the telephone or internet registration services please return your form by post in the envelope provided, making any necessary alterations to the information shown on the form.  Please remember to sign part 5 before returning your form by post.
 
By text
Simply text the number as shown on your registration form. Please note you cannot change any of the details shown on the form using the text service.
