Dudley Council's performance pact is designed to provide an overview of Dudley Council's planning and performance management commitments for 2008/09.

The pact is designed to provide clarity about what action plans exist, how they are being monitored and what performance indicators we are committed to deliver upon including both nationally and locally determined indicators.  It identifies key performance issues that will form the focus of quarterly reporting and management through the corporate performance reports to cabinet, the cabinet performance management sub group and corporate board.
