Application to register as an elector [pdf / 733KB] If you think for some reason your name is not included on the voters roll i.e you have moved since October last year.

Family application form to register electors [pdf / 1.06MB] To be used as above, names of all eligible residents within a property can be included on this form

Application for alteration of entry on the voters roll [pdf / 517KB] To be used if you have got married or need to make changes to your name.

Application to vote by post [pdf / 301KB] Please apply for a postal vote if you are unable to get to the polling station on election day.
