Value for money projects

All public bodies have a duty to ensure that their use of resources is economic, efficient and effective.  Dudley Council would like to share value for money practices with you.

The council is keen to share examples of best practice with colleagues in other authorities and staff working in the private and voluntary sectors.

On the following pages are a number of project “recipe” cards which offer value for money processes and ideas.

Share your value for money practices

While this site mainly includes reviews from Dudley Council, we would also welcome contributions from your authority or organisation.

For more information or to share best practice contact us using details in the share your practice section.
