There are several ways in which you can help us to design training opportunities to suit the local needs of our early years, childcare and playwork sector. You can help by:
- completing staff profile forms for all new employees
- ensuring you keep us informed about staff roles, qualifications and changes, for example:
- child protection officer
- SENCO
- behaviour management co-ordinator
- Early Years Foundation Stage co-ordinator
- management structure
- new employees/leavers
- qualifications achieved
- completing evaluation forms at each training event
- contacting us - for example if you identify topics that have not been covered previously or if you are to take on a large number of staff
