Astley Burf Adventure Centre is owned and administered by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council. It is situated two miles south of Stourport-on-Severn, in a tranquil, rural location.
Activity programmes are tailor-made to suit each visiting group. These may include walking, mountain biking, horse riding, volley ball, five-a-side football, orienteering or visits to places of local interest.
'A varied & exciting, rural residential experience'
Four log cabins each accommodate twelve young people in bunk beds. A fifth log cabin accommodates up to five accompanying staff in two separate bedrooms.
All cabins are centrally heated, fitted with comprehensive security and fire alarm systems, toilet and washing facilities.
Also on site are two classrooms, a recreation/meeting room, staff room, dining room, drying room and a shower and toilet block.
