DPA dedicates 3 whole weeks of the year to focus time and resources on Ready to go Live Arts Opportunities in schools.
DPA has developed a series of presentations and projects which are designed around Key Stages in schools and support the development of pupils by approaching education through the arts.
All our presentations and projects are subsidised by DPA, external funding and/or Standards Fund. The following presentations and projects have all been pre-designed by the DPA team based around a variety of subjects, so all you have to do is select a presentation or project from one of our Ready to go sets below. Alternatively, if you would like a presentation or project to be designed specifically for you or your school, follow this link to

This performance is designed for all students at Key Stages 3 and 4 who are learning the guitar and is relavent for all students taking GCSE music.
Sounds Important: Music doesn't just sound nice, it makes a statement! This show makes the audience think about the music, focuses on messages within the songs and illustrates the musical conventions and lyrical ideas that create moods in music. The show is delivered by DPA instrumental and vocal staff and is suitable for Key Stages 3 and 4.
