Enrolment and fees

You can enrol on a course by visiting the centre where the course is running or alternatively telephone the centre to reserve your place and complete the enrolment form when you start your course.

The minimum age of registration is 19 years.

Methods of payment

Most methods of payment are accepted, but please check the payment arrangements at your centre.

All learners will be expected to pay an annual enrolment fee of £3

Concessions

Concessions apply for people who are on a low income or are in receipt of means tested benefits. The centre that you enrol at can give you more information about fees payable.

Course Fees and discounts

No fees are charged if you are in receipt of any of the following:

  • Job Seekers Allowance

  • Income Support

  • Pension Credit

  • Disability Living Allowance

  • Incapacity Benefit (means tested)

  • Working Family Tax Credit (income under £15,575)

  • Unwaged dependents of any of the above

Courses are free to those taking part in Family Learning or Skills for Life programmes.  Also, there is a 25% reduction on course fees for people in receipt of retirement pension.
