West Midlands Consortium Education Service for Travelling Children
 The WMCESTC offers support, welfare and administrative services to schools and Education Welfare services with the aim to promote continuity in the education for Travelling Children in
West Midlands schools. 
With this in mind it provides teaching aids, materials and Professional Development training in Cultural Awareness plus Curriculum, School and Pupil management .
