Information ,sharing and assessment supports agencies working together with children and young people and their families.

The Government's Every Child Matters -change for children agenda (ECM) seeks to radically reform the way in which professionals work in partnership with children. young people and their families to meet their additional needs. This will enable all young people to achieve the five ECM outcomes of:
  • be healthy
  • stay safe
  • enjoy and achieve
  • make a positive contribution
  • achieve economic well-being

There can be a range of professionals working with a child or young person between the age of 0-19,this new way of working aims to improve the way that these different people and agencies communicate share information and work together.

ISA works to ensure that prevention and early intervention services are better coordinated and that children young people and their families are offered support as early as possible.
