Our aim is to support schools to provide quality CPD for all members of the newly restructured school workforce.
We shall be aiming to:
- Build capacity within the LA to support effective workforce training and development needs
- Provide up to date information to schools about available training and services for schools
- Audit CPD needs within our schools
- Strengthen and support partnerships among schools, CPD providers and other stakeholders within and beyond Dudley
- Monitor the effectiveness of training offered in order to refine and improve future provision
- Engage in regular dialogue with school based staff
- Provide a wide range of CPD activities including briefings, opportunities to develop skills as well as knowledge and understanding, coaching and mentoring, and the dissemination of good practice
