Dudley’s Directorate of Education and Lifelong Learning is anxious to ensure that staff receive adequate support and supervision from their line manager.  In addition to this we are committed to ensuring that for non- teaching staff, the Council’s Performance Review and Development (PRD) process and for teaching staff, Performance Management procedures, are part of our culture and that they are regular and valued activities.
