Annual Monitoring Report

Each year Dudley MBC will produce an Annual Monitoring Report.  This Report will do three main things:

  1. It will set out background information on the characteristics of the Borough to show the wider context that Dudley's planning policies operate in.  It will give statistics on such topics as population, housing and economic structure.
  2. It will assess whether Dudley MBC is meeting its targets in the production of the Local Development Documents in the Local Development Framework.  Dudley MBC has set out the documents that will be produced and their timescales in the Local Development Scheme (LDS)
  3. It will assess whether the council's planning policies are being successfully implemented.
The Annual Monitoring Report measures the council's performance for the period 1st April to 31st March. This Report will be updated each financial year and published by the end of December.
