Open Space, Sport and Recreation Supplementary Planning Document

This Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted on the 13^th June 2007 and contains guidance on Dudley’s open space, sport and recreation provision requirements to assist developers when submitting residential and larger scale commercial planning applications and gives further detail on Policy DD8 (Provision of Open Space, Sport and Recreation Facilities) of Dudley MBC’s Adopted Unitary Development Plan (UDP) (October 2005). It is available to download below together with the Adoption Statement and earlier drafts and documents used in its preparation.
