On 21st March 2007 Dudley MBC adopted its Parking Standards and Travel Plans Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). This document has been prepared as part of the Council’s Local Development Framework. Its purpose is to set out detailed guidance on the way the Council expect parking and travel plan policy in the Dudley Unitary Development Plan to be applied in particular circumstances or areas. It also sets out how these policies should be addressed in the development control process. The SPD is a material consideration in determining planning applications.
Any person aggrieved by the Parking Standards and Travel Plans Supplementary Planning Document may make an application to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision to adopt the SPD. Any such application must be made promptly and in any event not later than 3 months after the 21st March 2007.
