Adopted Unitary Development Plan (2005)

Below is a text-only copy of the Adopted Unitary Development Plan for the Borough in PDF format. This plan was adopted in October 2005. The electronic copy of the proposals map which accompanies this plan is not yet available but will be accessible from these pages by the end of 2006.

This Plan replaces the 1993 Adopted Unitary Development Plan.

Printed copies of the UDP and the proposals map are available to view on reception at 3 St. James's Road, Dudley and Mary Stevens Park, Stourbridge, and at all libraries within the Borough.  A copy of the UDP can be provided free of charge to residents and businesses located within the Borough.  A charge of £40 will be made to everyone else plus £10 postage and packing.
