Block 15, and 17-25 - Established Areas

Within these blocks there is limited scope for significant new development or redevelopment that might dramatically alter the mix of land uses during the UDP period. This is because there is a presumption in favour of the existing predominant uses, for the uses are long established and there is no redevelopment anticipated during the lifetime of the plan period.
