Community Pride Awards

 

 

The Community Pride Awards are annual awards for environmental projects undertaken by local groups in Dudley Borough.

 

They are jointly run by the Environment Agency and Dudley MBC. The awards recognise the work that different groups in the Borough are doing to protect and improve aspects of their local environment which they feel are important. They form part of Dudley Borough's Local Agenda 21, a programme dedicated to encouraging communities to work together to preserve and improve our living environment and people‘s lives.

 

Any scheme undertaken by a group, such as a residents’ association, youth group, school or environmental group, to improve a local area, may be entered into the awards.
