Countryside in Dudley

The Countryside Service includes four teams based at Wren's Nest National Nature Reserve, Buckpool and Fens Pools Local Nature Reserve, Saltwells Local Nature Reserve and The Leasowes.

The wardens promote their sites for citizens and visitors alike. Their role is mainly in habitat management, site maintenance and education. Projects involve trees and woodlands, grasslands, lakes, wildlife, geology and local history.
