The new CON29R and CON29O forms take effect from 1st August 2007 in line with HIPS.
From 1st August 2007, we will not be able to process requests for local authority searches submitted on the CON29 Part1 and Part2, 2002 Edition versions of the forms as our computer systems will be updated to respond to the new forms. Any requests for searches received on or after 1st August 2007 will be returned to you.
Forms CON29R and CON29O are available under licence from the Law Society in paper and electronic formats. Currently Dudley MBC do not have the forms to supply directly to our customers.
Home Information Packs
From 1st August 2007 home owners selling 4 bedroom properties in England and Wales, will need to arrange for an Home Information Pack to be prepared before putting their homes up for sale.
The Home Information packs will also be required for all 3 bedroom properties from 10th September 2007.
