Unitary Development Plan, Inquiry - Core Documents

Leading up to and including the Inquiry, the Programme Officer will maintain an Inquiry Library of Core Documents.

The Library will include:

  • copies of the First and Revised Deposit UDP
  • supporting core documents
  • copies of all representations on the Deposit UDP
  • copies of all proofs of evidence  and written representations
  • any topic papers

The Library will be available for inspection in the Council House by arrangement with the Programme Officer.  All Library material must be replaced in its original location and no material should be removed from the Library.  Limited photocopying facilities will be available at a reasonable charge.

Other Documents
Other documents may be submitted by objectors with their proofs of evidence or written representations.
These should be clearly referenced in the same way as the relevant proofs of evidence or written representations  with the addition of the pre-fix “A”.  Subsequent letters “B”, “C” etc should be used if there is more than one supplementary document for any particular objection.

See para 5.8 of the Guidance Notes for details of referencing other documents.

A copy of all these documents will be placed in the Library.  A separate list of these documents will be maintained by the Programme Officer and will also be posted on this site.

To open pdf files you will need to have  Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can  download it for free from the Adobe Website. These links will open in a new window.

These early documents relate to the preparation of the Dudley Unitary Development Plan and chart the stages and position of policy in the Plan at each stage of the review. They are intended for reference only and the content does not necessarily reflect the current state of play.
