Unitary Development Plan
In addition to the The Unitary Development Plan, which sets out the main planning policy for the Dudlley borough, we also publish planning guidance notes and supplementary planning guidance to address specific planning issues.
Under the new Planning System these will shortly be replaced by supplementary planning documents (SPD’s) within the Local Development Framework. Currently a number of these documents are subject to consultation.
At present these documents include greater information on the way specific policies of the Development Plan will be implemented as well as development / planning briefs for specific sites.
