Advice Line
We do give signposting advice and information to carers by phone or email. Telephone the Carers' Co-ordinator on 01384 818723. Currently this service is offered Monday - Friday between normal office hours. We have an answer machine which always indicates when there will be someone in the office. You can also email the Carers Co-ordinator
This leaflet is to help you decide whether you can claim Carer’s Allowance (CA). It is not a full statement of the law, nor can it cover all individual circumstances. (261 KB)
