Child Protection - Dudley Safeguarding Children Board 

 

Children can only be safeguarded properly if the key agencies work effectively together. Local Safeguarding Children Boards (LSCBs) are designed to help ensure this.

Family Centres


Families can need somewhere to go for advice and practical ideas of how to best look after their children. Family centres provide a variety of services from pre-school care to parenting groups.

Inspection of safeguarding and looked after children's services

An announced inspection of safeguarding and looked after children’s services in Dudley is due some time before March 2012. We do not know when it will be and will receive 10 days notice of the inspectors' visit.

Children with Disabilities Services


This service supports children and young people aged 0 - 18 years and their families where the child has a severe physical, sensory or learning disability or the child has a life limiting condition which seriously affects their daily living.
