Community Support Service

The Community Support Service based at Greystone Passage Dudley provides a resource for families who have children with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The service provides opportunities for children and young people up to the age of eighteen years to access community leisure and recreational activities under close supervision on a one to one or two to one basis. Staff are recruited from health, education and social care backgrounds and are trained in behaviour management and health and safety. Access to the service is gained through the Children with Disabilities Team following an assessment by a social worker or Learning Disabilities Nurse.
