Acquired Brain Injury

For people who have an Acquired Brain Injury there is specialist help available from two case managers based within the Integrated Living Team.  The case managers can give advice and support to both service users and their carers, they are able to offer help in assessing problems with daily life, employment, social leisure activities, training etc.

 

The case managers have access to help from one to one support workers or day opportunities from Headway or specialist regional help and will offer personalised programmes for improving independence.
