Russells Hall Hospital has 722 beds and provides all inpatient services, together with some outpatient and rehabilitation services.
The Corbett and Guest Hospital Outpatient Centres provide a wide range of outpatient and rehabilitation services, and have been designed to make access to these services easier for patients, bringing a more community based feel to the surroundings.
In 2005 the Trust completed a major redevelopment and reconfiguration project which brought modernisation to all of its acute services and facilities. The Trust has state of the art, modern buildings and aims to provide services that treat patients and visitors with dignity, courtesy and respect.
The Trust has some of the most technologically advanced medical and diagnostic equipment available in the NHS, and prides itself on an excellent performance record, achieving all key targets, having some of the lowest waiting times and maintaining good financial management. The Trust is currently rated by the Health Care Commission as Good for the quality services and Fair for use of resources (Annual Health Check 2005/06).
