Keeping Warm in Winter

'Health through warmth' is a scheme aimed at helping vulnerable people to increase the energy efficiency of their homes:- saving money on heating bills, and helping to reduce illnesses by keeping homes warmer and drier.

Referrals can be made via social workers or home care, and help is given to apply for grants, or to contribute towards the cost of work required.
