Public Information Leaflets
Dudley’s Directorate of Adult, Community and Housing Services produces a number of leaflets which provide information about its services. The leaflets contain a brief description of the service with contact details where you can get further information or request an assessment.
Dudley borough is a large and diverse area with a multi-cultural population. The directorate aims to ensure that information on its services is communicated in the most appropriate way to those people within the borough who, because of their ethnic background or visual or hearing impairment, require information in a different language or format.
The directorate’s leaflets have been produced in 6 of the most common community languages. The leaflets have also been produced in large print and copies on audio tape or in Braille are available on request.
For further information see links below or contact 01384 815822.
The council’s Race Equality and Communication Services also provides an interpretation service. They can be contacted on (01384) 813400 or 813401.
