Interpreting and Translation Service

Interpreting and translations services are provided by Dudley Council's Race Equality and Communication Services Unit. The Unit's main aim is :

'to ensure that information on social services is communicated in the most appropriate way to those people within Dudley Borough who, because of their ethnic background or visual or hearing impairment, require information in a different language or format'

Interpreting and Translation Services

Interpreting and translation services are provided to members of the community who are seeking information about services provided by Dudley Council. These include the following services:

Translations in Arabic, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Chinese and Urdu languages
Translations are also available in Braille format and on audio tape
Interpretation in Arabic, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Chinese, Urdu and Sign language
