Help Leaving Hospital

Dudley Social Services provides a dedicated, specialist Social Work team that works with patients within the Dudley Group of Hospitals. For patients or their carers who would like support, advice or guidance from a Social Worker, they can either ask for the ward staff to inform the team or contact directly by telephone on 01384 456111 and ask to be put through to the Social Work team.
