We aim to meet consistent service standards such as providing you with an accessible service, treating all applicants and tenants equally and fairly, in line with our lettings policy and dealing with enquiries promptly.

If your health is affected by your current housing circumstances you can apply to move on medical grounds. Please click on the related guide below for further information and complete the Medical Assessment Application. If you also need to move to accommodation that is adapted for your disability needs please complete the Disabled Person's Housing Register Application.

 

 

 

Properties are allocated on a housing needs basis. Housing need is determined via a points based system. Please refer to our lettings policy for further information. We are currently considering proposals for changing the points scheme to more open and transparent banding system.

 

However the way people apply for a rented home in the Dudley Borough is changing. We have been running a pilot scheme called Dudley at Home for properties in the Halesowen and Stourbridge areas. Following the success of this pilot, Dudley at Home has been rolled out across the borough. People will now need to use the new system to apply for vacant properties in the Dudley Borough.
