Introductory Tenancy Conditions

Dudley Council is using Introductory Tenancies as part of its strategy for encouraging sustainable communities and dealing with nuisance and anti-social behaviour. Tenancy conditions are the legal framework that set out the rights and responsibilities of tenants and the council as the landlord.

The council has now reviewed the current introductory tenancy conditions, following a year long consultation exercise with our customers. Tenants will receive their copy in February and the conditions will take effect from April 3 2006. The new conditions are available below.
