Secure Tenancy Conditions

You may be aware that it is the Council's intention to review your tenancy conditions. We have already carried out consultation with members of the Area Housing Panels, the Dudley Federation of Tenants & Residents and all of our secure tenants.

 

Housing Services is committed to consultation with its customers and values their involvement in improving service delivery. Taking into account the comments received during the consulation period, the tenancy conditions have been re-written to bring them more up to date.

 

After the consultation period we now have the new tenancy conditions available here and have now issued them to all tenants.
