Customer Satisfaction

 
Housing Services are committed to improving the services we provides to our  customers. We work hard to get things right, but we know there’s often room for improvement. By asking tenants and leaseholders what they think, we can identify where things could be better and take the necessary steps.

Please do fill in survey forms and questionnaires if you are sent them – as part of a repair or renovation work for example – or write in if you have ideas about how our services could be improved.
 
We run a customer satisfaction scheme in every area office that you can use to make suggestions and give us feedback on our services. You can also use it to let us know if you have any ideas yourself for improving your home, estate, or the way we work.
